Ordering
As soon as we receive your order we will confirm it by email.
We will dispatch all orders in stock within 7-10 days but sooner wherever possible.
Because Little Hooligan is knitted by hand we will occasionally require longer to fulfill your order; we will inform you of any possible delay upon receipt of your order in case you wish to change your mind.
Payment
All major credit and debit cards are accepted. Card transactions are processed in a secure online payment gateway (Paypal) which encrypts your card details in a secure environment.
If you wish to pay by cheque, cheques should be made payable to Little Hooligan and sent to Little Hooligan, 64a Whitepark Road, Ballycastle, Co. Antrim, BT54 6LP. Orders will not be dispatched until funds have cleared.
Delivery
UK: Items are sent by Recorded Delivery at a flat rate fee of £2.50 per item.
We are happy to send items overseas. All transactions are in pounds sterling and postage is charged at the International Signed-For rate:
Europe £7 per item.
Rest of the World £8 per item.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you are not unhappy with your goods in any way but should you require an exchange or refund we can only accept goods returned to us within 14 days and in perfect (unused and unworn) condition with the original packaging.
We are not responsible for return postage. Please obtain proof of posting from your Post Office when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for any items that fail to reach us.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
